If you decide to cancel your order and need a refund for a personal reason or due to an issue on our end, we provide refunds only with Bitcoin within 5 working days. We do not provide refunds with any other method of payment.

Unfortunately, delivery companies' negligence sometimes leads this issue to occur. Please send us a single picture of the products with the package, making sure that you include the tracking number clearly in the image.

Please contact the post office immediately. For 4-5 days, your parcel will be kept at the post office before being delivered back to us. In the meanwhile, you can collect your package.

Unfortunately, due to safety concerns, we can not accept the package back.

 Please be informed that, if you specifically request your package to be delivered without a tracking number, we are unable to inspect your package after it has been sent, therefore we do not offer reship in this circumstance.
