Shipment & Delivery

After your package is shipped, we'll provide you a tracking number. We will send your tracking number to your e-mail adress.

Your tracking number will be activated in 3 days after we provide it for you. If it does not become active in 3 days, please send us a ticket. 

We deliver the packages by standard air cargo. Additionally, we offer express delivery option. When creating the order, you can check the delivery options

This situation is emerging as a consequence of the products you ordered from different warehouses. You might wish to select all of the products from a single warehouse in order to avoid paying additional delivery costs.

Yes, we provide delivery to a mailbox.  However, if you choose the express delivery option, unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery to a mailbox.

The majority of brands offer shipping that requires a signature. In addition, certain warehouses offer shipping services without a signature requirement. However, please be informed that,we do not provide a reship guarantee for shipments that do not require a signature. 

All packs are being done in a way that prevents the content from being understood from outside and in a way that will not make a sound. We use bubble wrap to prevent any possible damages. Stealth of the clients and packages is always a priority for us.

When creating the order, you can look at the product's flag to see where it will be shipped from. Additionally, our system will inform you about this at the time of order creation.

For international orders, we can only ship orders weighing up to 500 grams in one parcel. Accordingly, we must divide orders weighing more than 500 grams into multiple parcels. In order to provide customs safety, we ship the second parcel as soon as the first parcel passes through the customs.
